特殊下凹式規劃讓秋紅谷景色層次分明，其中心為具滯洪功能的人工湖泊，四周盡由紅樹、綠地、木屑步道圍繞，空氣乾淨芬芳，而夜晚燈光與大樓夜色於湖水中互相輝映，營造出適合散步和約會的浪漫氣氛。
