電影《喜從天降》全片台中取景 新聞局長探班 Movie “Blessings From Above” filmed in Taichung; Director-General of the Information Bureau paid a visit.

由李烈監製、李中執導的電影《喜從天降》，今(23)日在台中南屯區取景，預計全片都將在台中拍攝。台中市政府新聞局長卓冠廷帶著台中名產太陽餅前往探班，祝福拍攝順利；卓局長表示，台中拍片條件良好，除天氣好，今年中即將完工的「中台灣影視基地」也將為劇組提供更多拍攝協助，市府將持續努力，吸引更多劇組到台中拍片。

 

《喜從天降》主要演員包括柯宇綸、小八、曾之喬、林美秀、廖峻、方季惟、劉冠廷等人，劇中由柯宇綸飾演的鄭得利是一名一毛不拔的投資客，買了豪宅卻放著不好好享受，帶著小八飾演的太太及兒子露營在沒有裝潢的毛胚屋裡，手邊的錢都拿去借錢滾錢。但有一天由廖峻飾演的廖伯伯意外「從天而降」，打亂了他的如意算盤，接著展開你爭我奪的戲碼，要讓觀眾在這部喜劇中看見人性的真實面。

 

《喜從天降》導演李中、監製李烈、演員柯宇綸、小八、曾之喬、林美秀、廖峻、方季惟、劉冠廷等人到台中南屯區拍片，新聞局卓局長及台中市影視發展基金會執行長林盈志帶太陽餅及飲料前往探班，慰勞劇組辛勞，互動熱絡。

 

新聞局卓局長表示，對於《喜從天降》劇組選擇到台中取景感到相當開心，當初台中的影視委員看到這部電影的劇本及相關規劃後，認為很棒，即決定給予協助，包括場地協調、行政協助等，新聞局都全力以赴。

 

卓局長說，為了強化台中影視發展能量，市府在霧峰興建「中台灣影視基地」，蓋好後將擁有全台最大室內攝影棚、人工造浪池及專業深水池，目前已完成招商，預計今年中完工，年底即可進行拍攝，將為來台中拍攝的劇組提供更多的協助。此外，台中天氣良好，也是吸引劇組來台中拍攝的良好條件之一，市府將繼續努力，讓更多導演、製片、演員愛上台中，到台中拍片。

 

導演李中表示，劇組會選在台中拍攝，是因為台中的場景跟其他城市相較起來，最能符合故事情節及需求；而《喜從天降》會是一部喜劇，內容將充滿各種驚喜，預計今年底上映。

 

《喜從天降》導演李中以《青田街一號》入圍金馬獎最佳新導演，黑色喜劇風格在台灣新導演中獨樹一格。這次所拍攝的《喜從天降》，獲得市府106年度補助，主要取景地點有台中七期重劃區、梧棲漁港、台中歌劇院等，並將空拍拍攝大台中市的夜景，預計全片都會在台中拍攝完成。

 

新聞局指出，這幾年不少影片在台中市影視發展基金會與新聞局團隊的協助下，都有不錯的成績，包括去年國片票房冠軍《紅衣小女孩2》、榮獲金馬獎最佳新導演等五項大獎的《大佛普拉斯》、口碑爆棚的電視劇《花甲男孩轉大人》及續作電影《花甲大人轉男孩》等，均獲得台中的補助與協拍。

 

除此之外，位於台中霧峰區、國內首座公辦民營的專業片廠「中台灣影視基地」將於今年中完工，屆時將擁有2座全台最大室內攝影棚、世界級人工造浪池及專業深水池，未來將交由專業的中影團隊營運，提供特效、雨雪及水景拍攝，期盼強化台中影視發展能量，吸引更多國內外劇組前往台中拍片。

 

 “Blessings From Above” , directed by Lee Chung and produced by Lee Lieh, began shooting today (March 23, 2018) in Nantun District of Taichung. The whole movie is expected to be filmed in Taichung. Director-General Cho Kuan-Ting of the Information Bureau visited the filming site, and wished the crew good luck, and handed out the famous pastry from the city, the sun cake. Mr. Cho said that Taichung has a great environment for filmmaking. In addition to stable weather condition, the Central Taiwan Film Studio, scheduled to be completed in the middle of this year, will provide even more assistance to film crews. The city government will also continue to work hard to attract more filmmakers to Taichung.  

 

The main cast of “Blessings From Above” includes Lawrence Ko, Stephanie Chang Yun-xi, Joanne Tseng Chih-chiao, Lin Mei-hsiu, Liao Chun, Sophia Fang Ji-wei, and Liu Kuan-ting. Played by Lawrence Ko, in the movie, Zheng De-li (“De-li” means “profit”) is a stingy investor. He bought a big apartment, but instead of enjoying this luxury home, he camped with his wife (played by Stephanie Chang) and son inside the unfinished house. All his money was put aside to make more money. One day, Mr. Laio, played by Liao Chun, suddenly “fell from above,” messing up Zheng’s plan. An intense fight over profits between different players thus began. The audience are going to see the real side of humanity in this comedy.

 

Director Lee Chung gained Golden Horse Awards nomination for best director for the film “The Laundryman”. His black humor made him stand out among the rising Taiwanese directors. The current production, “Blessings From Above”, received city government’s 2017 grant. Main filming locations include the 7th Reconsolidated Area, Wuchi Fishing Port, and National Taichung Theater, etc. Aerial view of Greater Taichung at night will also be included. The whole movie is planned to be filmed in Taichung.

 

To stimulate Taichung’s film and television industry, the government is building the Central Taiwan Film Studio in Wufeng District. It is planned to be completed in the middle of this year, and by the end of the year, Taiwan’s biggest indoor studios, artificial wave pool, and deep pool will be ready for filmmaking. The good weather of Taichung is another factor that draws film crew to the city. The government and the Taichung Film Development Foundation will continue their efforts in creating a better environment to attract more directors, producers, and actors to come to Taichung to make movies.
