107年度投資及補助電影事業執行要點 徵件公告 2018 Film Investment and Subsidy Enforcement Guidelines – Application Announcement
為扶植臺灣電影產業、提升電影製作環境，本會特規畫此執行要點並編列預算，積極參與及協助電影製作。獲資助影片於公開放映後之收入，將依本會投資及補助之比例回存至本要點之專戶，納入未來年度之投資及補助金，使資金得以反覆循環利用，並結合臺中市協拍資源，期許臺中能為臺灣電影產業的發展再添一臂之力。
凡依中華民國法令設立之電影片製作業，影片長度達七十五分鐘以上，以35釐米底片或電影規格之數位攝影機拍攝，並有公開映演及發行計畫之電影片作品，除籌備階段之製作案外，亦接受後製階段之製作案，以提升後製及行銷的品質。
申請日期：即日起受理申請，至107年10月12日(五)下午五時截止，歡迎投件。

In order to promote Taiwan’s film industry and create an environment conducive to film production, the Foundation has formulated these enforcement guidelines and allocated budget to actively assist film production. Any film that has received the Foundation’s subsidy must deposit a percentage (calculated as subsidy/film budget) of its revenue to the dedicated bank account in the guidelines after the public performance of the film, which will be used to invest and subsidize films in future years. The subsidy, along with the production support resources from Taichung City, will further boost the development of Taiwan’s film industry.
Any film that is at least 75 minutes in length, shot on 35mm film or cinema cameras with a plan for public performance/distribution by any film production company registered in compliance with the regulations of the Republic of China can apply for the above-mentioned subsidy. To enhance post-production and marketing quality, in addition to pre-production projects, any film in its post-production stage can also apply for the subsidy.
The application period opens as of today and closes at 5:00 p.m. on October 12, 2018. All applications are welcomed!
