108「臺中拍」即日開放申請！ 劇情長片及動畫長片，歡迎各界好手踴躍報名 2019 Taichung Action call for entry!

台中市影視發展基金會為鼓勵具市場潛力之國內優秀電影製作案，扶植擴大台灣電影製作規模，今年度持續辦理「臺中拍—108年度投資及補助電影事業計畫」，以劇情長片及動畫長片兩大類製作案為投資補助對象，自即日起至6月21日開放徵件報名，期待各界好手踴躍參與。

 

凡依中華民國法令設立之電影片製作業，影片長度達七十五分鐘以上，以35釐米底片或電影規格之數位攝影機拍攝，並有公開映演及發行計畫之劇情片及動畫長片，除籌備攝製階段之製作案外，亦接受後製階段之製作案，以提升後製及行銷的品質。

 

｢臺中拍｣自去年起公開徵選投資補助國內優秀電影製作案，獲選作品包括海內外矚目的《返校》和台灣原創機器人動畫長片《重甲機神Baryon：神降臨》，將分別在今年下半年正式上映。

 

而獲得這項計畫投資補助之作品公開放映後之收入，將依資助比例回存至本計畫專戶，持續滾存累積投入｢台中拍｣計畫，以協助更多台灣優秀電影製作案，對台灣電影產業發展產生積極的影響力！

Taichung Film Development Foundation, to encourage excellent movie projects with great potential and expand the movie production scale in Taiwan, will also launch the “Shoot in Taichung - 2019 Film Production Subsidies”, mainly targeting feature films and animation feature films. The foundation starts receiving application for the subsidy today and application deadline is on June 21. All applications are welcomed!

 

Any feature film/animation feature film that is at least 75 minute in length, shot on 35mm movie film or with a film-grade digital camera with a plan for public showing and release can apply for this subsidy. In addition to production projects during the film preparation and shooting, the foundation now also allows post-production projects to apply for this subsidy as a way to improve post-production and marketing quality.

 

        Started from last year, “ Taichung Action” started taking applications, with the intention to subsidize excellent movie projects in Taiwan. Winning projects included Detention, which generated much interest both domestic and abroad, and Baryon, a Taiwanese original animation feature film. Both films will be in the theater in the second half of the year. Movies subsidized under this program will, based on the subsidy/budget ratio, attribute the same ratio of its revenue back to the “Shoot in Taichung” program, so that more excellent movie projects can receive the same subsidy in the future, which will be a positive influence for Taiwan’s movie industry.
